We had one that was actually very close - I was trying to stay above 25% morale, heh. Bummer that the rest of the creeps wanted to get their nom on after our 6th or so fight because I was testing a few things

Freeps, there's no good reason really to stay above 25% health. None at all. It's a myth!

No doubt. I told Arctic at the beginning of RoI I thought the key to killing minstrels was the timing of the silences. In your case, it was that + what, 4-5 stuns? lol. I said "oh wow, he has this" as I was stunned again at the end. Lucky crit as I popped out of the last stun saved me I think My BPE is 50% lower than pre-RoI and is actually effectively in the red given your Finesse and debuffs. It was a nail biter, which is the best kind of fight. /salute.

The vast majority of my fights against ranked wargs are similar..it really comes down to who gets that one crit or who gets that last blow.

I think with the damage buffs coming in U5 Wargs are going to be very very formidable.

I hope the buffs to bugs are effective. They're the one class more than any creepside that seems across the board underpowered. hehe maybe it's the +damage to bugs I have on my sword

Luc, thanks. I think I'm pretty good at looking silly out there also. I thought, "this isn't going to end well," when I saw you running toward me with low health on Lugz hill. If it's any consolation to you, I was the only Creep that got any inf off of you, much to the chagrine of a few others who I learned were out of range. ha I apologized to them for not sharing, but I didn't really mean it.

Singing, I'm not used to too many Minis charging me! It was fun.

Sov, I think Glitter's been holding you back all these years! Jaykay! Whatever combination you used from stealth destroyed me! I went from 11.5k down to almost a 3rd of my health! You make me want to invest in some trackers! grrrr Did they remove the Heartseeker reticule, because I haven't been seeing it lately....?

Vinlassis, I always giggle with glee when I catch you alone or with a few others at a rez. I also giggle with glee when fgroups run over my poor Uruk body not long after. Weeeeeeeeeee

And I want to keep doing this because I get a lot of good fights throughout the night, which makes up for all the lame freeps that don't engage. And I don't care what 1v#'s I get as long as I get them...

To the burg on TA lawn last night, sorry it ended up that way. I was sending ESP messages to you over the interwebs telling you to stay out of the blight and to let me finish the NPC I was kiting. I owe you one.

I am gonna go on record here stating that since ROI has come out Freeps have been exceptionally cool about letting my long 1v1s go uninterrupted. Creeps, not so much sadly.

I was watching Gobblemoss have what I thought was a 1v1 against a guard last night, but it turns out it was actually the tail end of a 3v2, where 1 freep/creep died and a burg vanished and could've come back at any time. When the guard caught me watching he sprinted back the other way even though I'd been sitting there for 20 seconds before he even saw me and I never attacked.

It just goes to show you never really know. It's one of those /shouldershrug moments.

Oh, okay. I thought I hadn't seen the HS aura from any other hunter lately either, but maybe I missed it. And if it's still there but hunters just aren't using it, then that's great news!

Yeah, I was using the Rank 0 skin to lure in those looking for an easy/easier kill, but that rank 8 skin look is more in line with how I feel out there now. I wish I could wear long shoulder spikes to the office some days when I didn't want anyone to mess with me.

I may break Rank 0 out again now in honor of the new Twilight movie though, so I to can sport that sparklie pale-white flesh. teehee

These situations are why I don't like standing around watching a fight. We should all kill the other side always.

The issue I take is not when someone comes along and joins the fight, for me or against me, it's when it's a specific call for help against an even or close to even fight. /shrug

1v1's have been slow for me this past week for some reason...

Luc got the jump on me once and then we ran into each other again, and for some reason I did better on the first fight... I lost both times, but it was closer on the first one. ha

Freeps, don't back up slowly from BA's now-a-days. It would do you better to turn around and run or at least side-strafe away. Keen Eye ftw!

If Velerad gets the jump on me, he wins period. Good fights. In-combat hips is OP...

I don't think BA's are OP at all, and can only output big damage IF we catch a freep unaware and can get off our inducted big shots (and they hit), only OP IF we have our CD's up and Freeps don't. But that pretty much goes for every class out there right?

It seems like a big part of most peeps game is CD management.... Maybe I should do that more, and I'd win more, but I'm out there to fight MT/Uruk heal up or not. grrrrrrr

What happened this past week or so to make it seem some freeps got a combat bump? Was it really the spoils earned from that dragon raid?

If so, I wouldn't be surprised as that's where Turbine's love has always been. I swear Sauron needs to get a few employees in on the payroll at Turbine...teehee

I mean, if I have to 'cheaply' use a Crumbling Brand, use MT & Uruk heal to even stand a chance then so be it. I will bring it, because it's already been broughten!

Lot's a good 1v1 fights for me this evening. Sometimes I love maps (for quick map back kills) other times I don't (all decent maps on CD most of the time...), but I really liked them tonight. :P

If only I had a few more stacks of Ranked Finesse...I could be a contenda. O.o

I love charging a small group of Freeps & killing 2 before dying because they just sit there stunned by my huge quiver of shafts.
