Great. Absolutely great. There's no way to go "back" either for trying to submit it again. Apparently the recent forum problems are still alive and breathing, and are also affecting Bug Tracker. So, this post will have to do as a bug report this time; I added additional details above for that purpose... I won't bother with the /bug form from now on, as it's unreliability is really annoying. Not until the problems are sorted out.
The solution to the no screenshot thing is to log in to the forums with the in-game browser and click on the forum tab until it goes to the forums, should be 2 clicks, and then do the bug report.
