When U9 goes live you'll have a stage outside the prancing pony with the Serious Business hotspot so you can play music in peace without any of those pesky forced emotes.
Thanks, that will be a great help when I'm out questing or checking my vault or reading mail or chatting with people or crafting, which are the usual acticities that I'm engaged in when I get forced-emoted. And with this grand new addition of one serious-business area in all of Middle-Earth I can finally stop going everywhere on my mount and return to running for not-too long distances.
(As an aside, since I returned to the game, I was hit much less frequently with FEs than before I left, but I still find myself on my horse all the time when I'm not inside a building or performing an activity that doesn't allow mounts. I dislike it myself because it is unrealistic and bulky, but whenever I'm on my own feet in town, I get paranoid and suspect every person in my general vicinity of being about to force-emote me. It's not a change of habit I enjoy.)
