Unfortunately that is currently the only place to acquire it. It used to be a PvMP barter piece, but those were taken out of the game last update. I'm still hoping Turbine will bring those pieces back as cosmetics, but for now the Great River quest reward is the only place.

Hoooray! Its Yule, the cosiest and most cheerful time of the year!! And that means you gotta dress yourself warm and cosy! So, I made meself a new fluffy yule-outfit. In two versions even!

Here are a few lowbie outfits I put together on some characters. I love all the outfits here but I'd like to show that jsut because you haven't spent a fortune on the game or lost a job over it (lol) doesn't mean you can't look good! And just because you aren't 85 doesn't mean you can't feel like an 85!

All these are very easily obtainable and none of these characters are over 37.
