I don't have the Steam install so can't help with paths for that I'm afraid. Valamar has it I think so hopefully he can help.
Only thing is to ensure you are looking in the System Applications folder not the User one;
/Applications/The Lord of the Rings Online.app
not
~/Applications/The Lord of the Rings Online.app
(i.e. /Users/xxxxxxxxx/Applications/The Lord of the Rings Online.app, where xxxxx is your account name.
I see from a brief download to test Steam it does have that in the User Applications folder which is the wrong one;
~/Applications/The Lord of the Rings Online.app/Contents/MacOS/run.sh
Or Steam may keep the app somewhere else entirely!
