Not sure what you think that has to do with patch notes being posted. It's not like Turbine Team start writing the notes up when the servers go down. The more accurate milestone is "when did Sapience get to work?" Because he's usually the dude who pushes send on the notes, after making one more check for any last-minute changes. The notes themselves have largely been written, proofed, and vetted BEFORE patch day comes. So keep your jeez to yourself, mister.

The patch notes (and twittering back and forth in these forums like birds on a power line) ARE our meta-game entertainment while waiting for the servers to come back up. So until we get the patch notes, all we have to do is teach you why patch notes are good to have.

Some disappointing known issues in there, especially the unavailable quests in epic battles.
Also the 3 quest known issues make it sound like you can maneuvre yourself into a can't go on with quest line situation.

I like that heavy armor wearers can now wear their natural armors at level 1, but still confused as to why Caps can't equip Halberds right off the bat.
