Helm's Deep Pre-Order still seems to be purchasable online ?
When will this removed, or will bought keys now only provide the regular expansion?

It is no longer available on store.turbine.com, but you still have a very short time period to purchase it on the LOTRO Market (store.lotro.com) if you have not already done so.
