Things that Seem to be Missing

I thought I read back in early dev diary or other dev / community team forum threads/notes that a couple of things were coming with Helms Deep expac that I'm just not seeing in game yet:

(1) return of Hobnanigans
(2) remake of Michel Delving statue to honour Bounder's Bounty leaders

Right? Both of these should be coming Soon?

1 - No. We did mention it was being talked about but gave no time line, specifics, or other information.
2- The statue required the final tally of turn ins, which ended yesterday. It will be added in a future patch.
