This is the "Chicken Chasing League" deed.

Will this game return at the Yule festival or just a bug? o.O

Many people wish for Hobnanigans to be brought back. If you go to the field, you might notice some changes to the area. If you had the chance to participate in the past, the resurrection of the deed might indicate that we will see its return to a festival near you. Will it make it for the Yule Festival? I don't know. I don't recall seeing anything about the Yule Fest on BR with the 12.1 drop there.

This one was already teased though by the lotro-team recently (I feel like it was shortly after the HD beta), so it can't possibly be the super-secret thing in the works.
