We don't need to be focusing our energy on where we will transfer but on how to get others transferring back! Fight for our home and battlefield. Help get the numbers back so our server doesn't vanish into the ether in the first place

Thanks for posting the server list here! I had to refer to it for my suggestions. If we all absolutely HAVE to move, may I suggest either Riddermark or Vilya servers? I also like the idea of moving to Arkenstone if the need arises, as someone suggested (I think the OP did that!) Anyway, I hope we don't have to move out - I like things on Imladris, and the big crowds of the bigger servers tend to drive me away...

/Signs have slowed down, so this seems to be pretty much what were working with.
I can see this working if Imladris stays up however if we have to transfer I can see this movement struggle for two reasons.

1. Some people who have signed will back out if we transfer to a server they do not like.
2. Some people do not want to commit mains which is fair enough.

If possible can people let us know by editing post if they would come if we transfer to another server other than Imladris.
Aswell as specify if they will be bringing there main.

Just want to make sure things will work out before wasting peoples free transfers on another dead server.
If we cannot collect a suitable number of players, we may have to look to finding players who are interested on an alternate server.

In my opinion, the best thing we can do is just wait till they finally announce anything official. We got a overview now of how many players will try to stay together, though i also think there's way more, that are just not checking/dont know about/havent ever posted in forum. There's no hurry at all, even when they announce something, there's still plenty of time to react, which is obviously needed, since we still dont know how they will handle all of that. Imagine people on a small/medium populated server thinking they could transfer to a more populated server and some others transfer to even that, now even less populated server. So just wait and see what happens.
By the time we know how it'll work best thing we can do is wait a few days, check forums and then meet in Teamspeak/Raidcall/etc. to discuss it. Posting on forums wont help much, since it's slow and you cant properly discuss stuff. So just announce on forum and ingame that there will be a discussion in TS/RC. The good thing about our server/community is that there's a pretty good communication with everyone, even the non-active, be it Facebook, Steam or whatever. After that, you can make a new thread where everyone can post if they bring their main/alt/creep or where they are going if not moving with the group, so people can still stay in contact.

Im gonna be honest, the only way i would join Imladris back, it's if it gets closed and we get free transfers to another server where we can all move. I transfered my guardian and RK to brandy, and even when the pvp there is awful, I really dont want to pay for transfers back. Another thing that stops me from signing is that Im affraid that one month after the server merges happen, the players that already left the game once, do it again, and then ill be playing the game alone once again.

I do miss my peeps from Imladris and the small grouping in the moors, being able to pvp w/o the terrible skill lag we get on brandy, among other things. As my platonic love Eisen pointed, I'll wait for the Server Merge notes and news and see how is that going to be and then decide what to do.

I dare say most that think the community is toxic, is because you guys transferred to Gladden, exploited, got banned for two weeks, and then the rest of the server made fun of you for it. Can't blame the server for making fun of you guys, when 4/5 of your kin got banned for exploiting. Gladden is pretty much a gv camp most of the time, so if you play freep, I couldn't think of a better server to transfer to if you want action, especially during this update.

since as someone from Gladden i can say that this is the last option someone should dare to consider transfering

So um...are you trying to get everyone from Imladris to choose Gladden when transfers are free? Because that's what it sounds like. I mean sure, not everyone are bads like Glae, but considering VVV are mostly transfers from Imladris, that seems a little counterproductive.
