A lot of people (even blue names) talk about placeholder characters and even placeholder kinships to reserve their names on the remaining servers. How much time does the system need to clear these entries after I delete them?

Is this the right way to handle this:
- delete placeholder kin and character,
- wait for an amount of time which I don't know yet,
- then transfer?

Or is there any advantage in
- transferring first and get rename token,
- delete placeholder,
- wait for some time yet to be determined,
- and then rename?

Maybe the answers to my questions are already somewhere in these 48 pages... if so, sorry for aksing. Maybe someone can point me to them. Hoping for somer reliable information here.
