The chest is called something like "Masterwork Breastplate," available from one of the starter packs. Originally it's also the Champion chest-piece from the Ox Merchant Camp.

The circlet is from either skirmish cosmetics, or skirmish Classics (sorry that I don't remember), as a light RK/LM head piece. Obviously elvish in style.

The shoulders are Berserker's shoulders, from a barterer in Ost Galadh in Mirkwood. I believe it costs 50 medallions.

The legs are from Ost Dunhoth's Warden set, and can be bartered with Marks/Medallions in Harndirion.

It's hard to tell, but the boots look like Moria's Berserker boots, and the gloves look like Sellsword gloves (which are Supreme-tier Metalsmith crafted).

From the looks of it, she bought a cosmetic bundle from Lalia instead of grinding to find the original items. Happy hunting.

"Many warriors come to the Defence of Minas Tirith, hoping to see the majesty of Gondor preserved. Earendel is no exception. However his journies through enemy territory have caused him to attire himself in manners similar to them. Yet the White Tree of Gondor will always be part of his heritage, openly wearing it to oppose the servants of Sauron."

    Pieces used are:
Helm: Helm of the Unseen (dyed black)
Shoulders: Shoulder's of the Lady's Courage (dyed Black)
Chestpiece: Jacket of the Osgiliath Fist (dyed black)
Gloves: Enduring Wildermore Gauntlets of Resilience (dyed black)
Boots: Medium Nadhin Boots (dyed black)

Always fun to come up with a new outfit when a piece of gear catches my eye

This week's outfit, Ward of the Neldoreth, focuses on earthen tones and features the Surcoat of Nárië as the central piece.

I found quickly "Cold Moon Set" by typing "%set" in Item Name field, but maybe there are others with the same skin.

This is correct. If you don't spend mithril/TP on cosmetics (e.g. Cold Moon Set) then the only way to get it is to own the Wildermore quest pack.

If anyone knows of any cloaks which would match this more aptly, let me know. Most gilded trims are too bright to match the more coppery tone of the Wildermore armour.

Try the cloak of Narie from this year's Summer festival, dyed umber or walnut brown. It has a pattern on its back that might go well perhaps with your armor decorations, and looks both weathered and stylish at same time.
If you're on Crickhollow I can lend you the cloak

Check [Inn league cloak] at The bird & the baby secret room (from whom Naries cloak took the pattern & the original looks way better). There is both hooded & hoodless cloak.
