Scaling table in U18b3 has been changed, starting from level 98 (source=mathom).



With 5 per character level we will arrive at 105->222.

This must be an error..

All 105 non scalable gold is now 234, blue is 222 and purple is 213.

and I understand nothing about their scaling
The skraids U12.1 loots are not scaled because they forgot to check them of course and because those are not scalable items (they only exist at 95 & 100 actually) : so they will have to recreate them all at 105
(useless task... because those loots are already useless)

I re-coded some scripts to update items for U18, but I still cannot launch them.
For 105 scaled items, as there is no working formula "y = ax+b" for Damage/DPS, I need to find real items to generate others from their data.

I would need Tooltips of any scaled lvl 105 weapons, not new ones which are not scalable items,
but
U12.1 ("Greater..." for cyan, "Potent..." for purple, "Lesser..." for green (Uncommon)),
Osgiliath loots (item level = 221 like on BR instead of 222 ?),
etc...

Item Levels are like on BR, making items totally worthless



Worse, rare landscape drops are 207 !
BS stats for so rare items

Turbine really doesn't care about loots and feedbacks, ...

I'm still searching a few items like the purple weapons from Osgiliath instances ("Well-worn Dagger of Fallen Stars" for example), dropped in T1
I have not the Damage and DPS of those items to be able to scale them to 105 (the item level is = 218)

I just updated the DB with 2 items I had forgotten to scale (Cyan 105 Nadhin gear and Pelargir rings (1 slot), strangely scaled to 105 in Pelargir 100...)
While skraids items are still at 100 in 105 instances.
I stopped trying to understand Turbine logic...

My ISP broke its Cloud, that I used to store Cosmetics & Tooltips.
I searched another Cloud where I could use shared links with path+itemname and I found Microsoft OneDrive.
It is limited to 5 GB, so I had to use 2 accounts and it needs a complicated authentication (authorization code, access token, refresh token, ...)

So I had to make another version of LID but I'm not sure if it will work correctly (only tested on my PC); same link : LID version 1.0.1.1

I'm looking at the new items for U19. Sofar I've discovered that purple Ithilien 2sock armour has blue armour values..

Edit1: I've found an armour value mismatch in blue medium boots ilvl258 1340->1341 affecting MBT/MBP/MBY formulas (will be corrected in LotroPlan 3.8). It's mainly a small constant change +0.05, but has a ripple effect because of relations.

Edit2: Purple & blue 1sock Ithilien cloaks have gold armour values.

Edit3: Blue heavy gauntlets ilvl246 mismatch 2086->2087.
