Update 2 also involved Annuminas (plus Radiance gone, wohooo! Then we got same named LoE 6,5 years later, not so wohooo.

My wild guess out of the blue, the Rangers in Annuminas finally get their win. They are worth it after all this time battling countless Angmarians charing at them.

On that topic why the shift to having pack names in the last 3-4 quest packs? All the previous ones were just the zone name. I like the idea of naming them but it does make it harder to figure out which name goes with which quest pack.

Still, I think that this is what the surprise will be. Harkenheim seems to be rather close when saying,

probably linked to the episodic story arc they are bringng out.

because right now I am standing at 31.8N, 27.7W, and the description of this place is a perfect match for his theory.

How I got there? Well, I was exploring, and found that the Raven's Hill is not yet the end of the world. By the way: the view there is breathtaking, and even if for no other reason, everybody should go there at least once. ´
Edit: It is even much easier than I first thought, just follow the cliff.

Personally I don't think the date has ANY significance to the event. I suspect that the event might start at midnight.

That way it would start at 3/21 at 00:00.
