How so? Questlines have been tweaked, the instances/raids are faceroll easy, LIs don't work like they originally did, crafting is completely different now, there's skirmishes, there's scaled instances, there's Lothlorien content straight from the off, there's no primary stat caps, and all the teal gear is utter trash compared to generic purple quest gear. The only thing I've found the same as when it was first out is the waiting around for mobs to spawn because the game wants you to kill 15 of a specific enemy and about two dozen other players are going for the same thing... and even that has open-tapping now.
