Forochel looks like a stomach? Yes/No?

Me and a friend were talking about gastritis and forochel, and we wonder if someone might think forochel's map looks like a stomach. What do you think?

I think that’s kinda reaching, especially if you include the Suri Kyla region on the map.

The highlighted area, the orangish area looks like a stomach. What quest is it? I don't remember any quest that covered that large an area.

I would be very concerned if someone extended this thought to its biological conclusion.

Forodwaith, the unexplored area to the East of the map, where the stomach empties literally means "northern waste."
