    Entering new credit card details

    Okay i thought this would be fairly easy but SSG decided to make it as difficult as possible. My old credit card is out of date and i wanted to enter the details of the new (differant) card

    First try is through the store nope it asks for my zip code (i live in the UK and dont have one) tried my post code nope then i am told the card details are incorrect (they they are right i checked).

    Second try is via a ticket i work my through the ticket untill i get to the question enter the last four numbers of your credit card i enter the last four numbers and press enter i am told my credit card is out of date yes i know thats the problem. I try twice and the ticket is closed.

    So how do i contact support by E-mail or even telephone or just a way to do it via PC i have not tried

    Yes i know its 8 am there now so i dont expect a reply any time soon it would just be nice to contact them

    Welll it will be SSGs loss my subscription is due for renewal soon and i cant pay it because my credit card is out of date.
    i wonder if they will contavt me then.

    We are waiting for reply on a webticket from support cause of accounttrouble nearly 5 weeks now...

    I've never been able to edit a credit card on file. So when I need to update the expiry date, I create a "new" credit card - same number, new expiry date. Not sure if this would fix your problem, however. Might be worth a try.
