Short answer: Yes

Longer answer: Depends on if you freep or creep. Definitely more creeps than freeps, so if you’re looking to creep you’ll be disappointed. For some reason the 3-5 freeps that come into the moors each day, come out, flip an OP and then just leave. Creeps would rather quest than fight. It's a PvP zone that people of both sides would rather PvE in. Definitely a server that is dead (killed mostly by one god-awful creep tribe) and should be closed or merged.

Compared to 2013, when I last logged in regularly for raid v raid open field battles or large skirmishes, I'd say it sure seems mostly dead now. Crickets in Crickhollow's Ettenmoors, as it were.

It certainly looks dead at endgame, however it isn't, you just have to spend a lot more time looking for the action/a kin to raid with; which is equally bad
