And as far as high-pops causing problems are concerned, Evernight's excess population could do with being placed on its own server. During the late afternoon and into the evening it can be nigh-on impossible to get anything done with a whole load of people hanging around the same areas. Bree becomes nothing but loading screen after loading screen. If you want a semi-okayish playing experience, best become nocturnal, I guess.
I have no idea how feasible it is but I think a solution to the issue would be to reopen perhaps Snowbourn or one of the other closed old EU servers, allow free transfers to it for a limited period and run it as the preferred server for newer players for a while. The draw to return "home" for some players would be enough I think to pull a number of people onto it and lessen the load on Evernight. Of course the problem is which server and people would then complain if they did it with one why not another. I don't see a brand new server having the same effect though.
