Join The Warriors of Camelot in celebrating their 9th Kin Anniversary with the 2nd Annual Running of the Chickens on Friday, April 1st at 9:30pm EDT/6:30pm PDT. Turn yourself into a chicken and join the flock as we run from Sandson's Farm in the Shire to the Bree Festival Grounds for Spring Festival shenanigans and a chicken race around the horse track. Continue on with us as we travel to Bree-town to take a group picture at the Bree Boar Fountain and then head out the South Gate for a Battle Royale of Chickens vs. Bears & Boars! Who will be the last chicken standing?
Non-chicken participants are also welcome. You can join us and run as you are or cheer us on along the way.
Chicken participants should use /joinchannel chicken to communicate with our chickens.

April, 1st is Aprils fowls or fools day? & it coincide with Hobnanigans so watch out for the players with sticks.

Our Kin Anniversary technically is April 6th, but since that falls in the middle of the week (Wednesday), we are having most of our celebrations for it the weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) before in the hopes that the most people can join in. So, yes, this event falls on April Fool's Day. But also, yes, we will be turning ourselves into chickens and running through Middle Earth as described above and it isn't a joke, it is a real event.
