    Least stressful class in group/raid

Hi there. So I was wondering. Someone told me that a loremaster is the easiest/least stressful to play in a group/raid. Is this true?

I suffer from cauda equina syndrome and advanced arthritis in my wrists and hands from being ran over by an SUV a few years ago. So I constantly suffer from my wrists seizing up, shooting pain in my leg and foot from neurons trying to fire in my nerves. So I get easily distracted and stuff like that and need a class that is easy to play and has the least amount of responsibility and stress. Hope you guys can help. Thanks a lot.

Edit: I prefer melee but, will play something else if it's easier. Prefer not to play hunter also Just way too many of them.

Never mind, looks like no one wants to help people here sadly. I asked on reddit and got help instantly from some great people. Can close or delete this thread.

Sadly your post got buried. I check the forums every day and mostly page 1 and 2 are filled with 3 or 4 subjects because players discuss it and it clutters any other request or thread. Wish, we had 20 different subjects on page 1 no matter how many players respond to one thread like other game forums.

To your question, blue LM is easy in the sense that especially at lower level you can call the pet and it does most of the work. You need to pay attention to the number of foes and use some of your skills but if you are interrupted you still have defense/offense. This is not a class that is used as dps in raids though.

You may have got answers, hopefully somebody told you that LM is by FAR the single most stressful role to play in any group content. You have so so many things to manage, you have zero down-time and must keep track of every single mob, group member and mechanic constantly.

If you want to do Tier 1 content (aka story mode) you can take any random classes and LM is irrelevant, T2+ is a totally different story depending on the instance, LM is almost always mandatory for all group content above 3mans and a bad LM will wipe a group repeatedly. I'd not advise any new player take up LM as their first instance content class.

DPSers are the lowest stress in raids, particularly Hunter which is extremely easy to play, ranged, and in a good spot currently. Followed by something like Champ, also easy to play but melee so more susceptible to mechanics in fights than Hunter.

My main is a LM. Lore-master is not a class for someone with finger, hand and wrist issues. Generally, the only way to effectively play a LM is with two hands. As a blue LM you can play with mouse only. As a Red LM it can be done one-handed, but is better played two-handed, A Yellow LM (group/raid), is definitely a two hand operation: you're changing targets frequently, often turning in circles following a target, pressing hot buttons to target and heal/cure/buff while turning around or having to move to avoid some mob attack and so on.

Also, researched what Cauda Equina Syndrome is, and throwing in Arthritis in your wrists and hands - I strongly recommend you do not play a LM, Warden, and maybe a Mini or a Captain. Melee classes are simpler and can more likely be played with a mouse as should a Ruin-keeper, either damage or single target heals

Like Wispsong, I visit this forum daily, except for the last few days, today is the first time I have seen your post.
    Ujest - 140 Lore-master, Opun Tia – 107 Warden, Tummi - 105 Captain, Veneur - 75 Hunter, Cneasai - 66 Minstrel, plus alts and mules
Officer, Pipeweed and Ale, Arkenstone (formerly – Friends of Frodo, Vilya)

    and Star Citizen…

Your best bet is red Captain. While for higher tier stuff you'd want to do as much dps as possible, for T1/2 as long as you keep your buffs up and use your debuffs at appropriate times, you won't be slowing a group down. You'd just have to get used to explaining to group leaders that you don't also play tank captain, which is more stressful and takes separate gear entirely.
Work like no one is watching, dance like you don't need the money...
