Store Preview button stopped working for me since patch

Has anyone else had this happen? I really need to be able to preview items before I buy.

Today I tried to preview a war steed pattern and instead of opening the normal preview window, my whole lotro game minimized and a new, smaller window popped up. It was empty and after a waiting a bit, it still remained blank. I double checked my settings and "open external store" is NOT checked. (For funsies I checked it anyway and tried again but the same empty window popped up. I reverted it back and it still did the same.)

Only a few days ago I was successfully able to preview the same war steed patterns with no trouble, but not today.

Is there a fix for this or is this on SSG's end?
