No new slot on reforge at level 93?

I recently reforged my LIs at level 93, and according to the wiki (https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Legendary_Items), I should get a new word of power tracery slot with the reforge (between levels 91 and 95). I did get the new slot on my class item, but not on my weapons. I see that the wiki says "sometimes" a reforge adds additional slots for traceries, but I'm cruious whether anyone can shed light on what the fate of my LIs will be now that I did not receive that extra slot. Is it possible to receive it on the next reforge (between levels 96 and 99) or beyond? Will my LI be forever one tracery slot short since I didn't receive it on this reforge?

I'm looking at the chart and it says exactly what you got - one new slot. You can check out the other levels to see that not both weapons will be gaining new slots every reforge bracket.
