Unfortunately, reporting things in message board posts is sometimes a good way for those issues to get missed. The process can be a headache at times, but reporting bugs via the bug submission forms helps ensure they get into our hands, instead of hoping that a Dev sees/remembers a thread and then remembers to make a bug for the thread. Not every developer reads the message boards and often we miss bugs like this because of the general traffic of the message boards.
We are grateful that some of you do continue to come to the forums, and are still up for proper discussion even if your streamers label them as "toxic" because their rhetoric fails on many levels.
The number of screenshots between our posts in this thread, for me, does seem like nit picking but to them and you as a world-builder you likely attach more significance to these issues. I am more concerned when they are more than just a visual thing and actually impact quest and gameplay mechanics. Frankly at my age when I enter some area of the world I expect the terrain to be familiar and I get an uneasy feeling when things aren't quite as expected and can't put my finger on it. I'm sure a patch note mention of a rock being grounded doesn't reflect accurately your entire work sheet. I suppose if my Hobbit homestead waterfall packed in I might reach for the pitchfork also, who knows if not me?
In providing the means to create "content" space quickly by means of Missions are you worried that your ability to review the source space and make your usual tweaks will be impacting more and more Mission spaces over time? You have my apologies if you have covered this on one of your streams, I'd be grateful for a link if you have done one on Missions mechanics.
Just noticed a strange problem in Azanulbizar yesterday. The 'cobbled' roads/paths have been altered in some places to a 'smeared' looking texture. Just ride across the bridge from Amdan to see it, or from Khur Azan to Muru Azog to see long stretches of it. The camp at Khur Azan is completed messed up with it.
Definitely can confirm the distant imposters weirdness. Mallorns appear all over Azanulbizar, in the distance. But disappear when you get close. Is Galadriel pull some magical trick?
Also, the smeared textures on the paths have changed places. I guess that means someone tried to fix the problem, but didn't completely succeed.
Thanks a lot to you (and all the others) who have been submitting things. I've had some come in through our bug system and have been addressing them, and have been tackling the posts here as well. Like I mentioned before, in particular with the weird appearance things, many of these bugs are hunt and peck and when in specific problem is solved, there may be other similar ones that crop up instead. Its a by product of us making changes to our asset authoring in order to improve video performance (which is separate from server performance/lag fixing, a task that I am unable to address).
Update 34/Before the Shadow should see a number of minor world bugs fixed, in large part thanks to the reporting diligence of you all both through the bug reporting system and through this thread.

If this is an issue with Reshade's interaction with our lighting system, I can't really make any statement or comment on how to resolve the issue. Reshade is a third party application that we have no control over and we don't develop our lighting or landscape with it in mind.
If there are aspects of certain textures whose specular highlights are too potent in our new Per Pixel lighting model (with Reshade not enabled), then those locations should be flagged/bugged so that an artist can review the texture.

That is understandable but nevertheless it is an issue and not *just* with reshade. Even on vanilla game I don't find the "light bulb" around the player (that can't be disabled) too attractive, the Per Pixel and reshade only make this issue even worse. Like, all I'm saying is there shouldn't really by a lighted spot under player's feet that can't be disabled, is there any specific reason why it exists or can't be disabled? Why we can't have our character NOT emitting any light? Can someone at SSG who actively develops these systems look into this maybe? Perhaps allow for a switch on/off? (like the old "lantern" feature)
As it currently works, the old "lantern" feature is still in the game in some areas and can be indeed turned off with the old keyboard shortcut but even if you do so - there is still light underneath the player that remains and can't be disabled, and that's the one I'm talking about. And this light isn't particularly helpful or illuminating either, it's a small spot underneath the feet, the main sources of light in the game come from elsewhere, from environment or global graphic options, and the game doesn't really have pitch-black places where an extra bit of player light underneath feet would be that useful. (and even if it does sometimes, it seems unfair to have this forced on everyone at all times, seems like something that should be optional if that's feasible, who knows, maybe it's just a small fix and a matter of new checkbox under settings?)

So, like on this screenshot, no reshade here. And this is no landscape reflection either, it's the spot of light that travels together with my avatar and can't be disabled (it's not the old lantern feature and it's not due to weapon auras).
It's annoying and doesn't look particularly good reflecting on some of the stuff like this, would rather have this disabled, switch on/off, if feasible. But it's not exactly a bug so can't really post it anywhere relevant, so do let someone relevant know - just saying That seems important and like something that maybe can be done relatively easy
