Happy to say that I've now sent out incentives to just about everyone who donated to this year's Extra Life and filled out a survey! Check your forum Private Messages inbox, email, twitter handle, or whatever you gave me for your contact information. If you DON'T have something from me, please get in touch by sending me a Private Message here and I'll look into it!

I currently have 15 people on the LOTRO side that I have been unable to contact due to various reasons. Most of the cases appear to be folks who gave me their game account user name rather than forum name, so I can do some work in the coming days to try to associate the accounts with your forum account and send you a private message. I have a handful of others I can't contact, in one case because I got a Twitch name that is not accepting whispers, a game account user name that does not have a forum account associated, and one case where I don't know what they gave me, there's no forum name, game account, or Twitter handle with the name I could find. Character name without the server perhaps?

So, if you haven't heard from me, get in touch! Thankfully, more than 380 of you now have your stuff.

Just a quick question: are the codes account-bound or can I send them to other people? Especially for the corgi: can I use it six times on different accounts or does it have to be on the same account?

The Corgi code has to be on the same account once it is redeemed the first time on that account. In general you can pass the codes to whoever you'd like. Most items are account bound, but there are a few exceptions like the Best House Trophy, which is a single item, and the Anniversary Celebration Corgi, which by default would deliver one Corgi to one character, which is why I set it to 6/account for this year. However, unused Corgi codes can be sent to whoever.
