Schedule has been updated! Per usual this is the current state of the calendar as of the time of publication, expect the possibility of things changing over time with or without notice. Also now available on LOTRO.com, and in French and German on both the web site and forums.

In regard to getting this on the web site, it's proven tricky, and I'll take another look at it in the new year.

Can you put the current Yule festival in? People still need an official source for when it will end.

+1 for question. Also, maybe we get new stuff from skirmish camp or skirmish loot update?

    Cord:
The update for next year is wonderful. Thank you very much!

It must have taken considerable time and effort to gather and sort all of these events and dates; in English, French, German, and on both the forums and Lotro.com .

For anyone interested, I copied the event calendar info and put it into a Google Calendar. Here's the link:

    https://calendar.google.com/calendar...5nb29nbGUuY29t

I entered all the times as EST, but it looks like the times show up local for the time zone you are in (it does for me, anyway).

I may add the store sales, and other important LOTRO announcements as the year progresses. Do you think this would be beneficial or redundant?

    Thanks and enjoy!

Any "encores" planned of older festivals? Would love to see two-week encores of some festivals put in parts of the calendar that are not filled..... I see an opportunity for 2 weeks of Midsummer in January, and 2 weeks of Yule in July!
Moved from Riddermark to Arkenstone on 9/29/2015!

It's not an error. We have a year to claim our Anniversary gifts.

I mean, in the original news, "Ends: (All Times Eastern)" of the "16-year Anniversary Gift" event is indicated as 2023, event when a player has the opportunity to receive his anniversary reward by logging into the server during the year, for 16-year it starts in 2023 and ends in 2024.

I forgot about this one. The reason for "approximate dating" is that it will most likely coincide with a game update, which isn't today. We'll get the calendar updated soon.

Myrtle Mint's timing has been updated. Myrtle Mint is currently expected to arrive around April 19th, exact timing will coincide with a game update around that time.

So it seems the idea is to make her coincide with the Anniversary. Would you please consider enabling her with the release of Update 35 instead? These Figments are burning a hole in my pocket only Myrtle could mend, and I think we've had Rowan for long enough already.

I have an answer to a question I have been getting about the following item in the Events Schedule:

Treebeard: Horse Session Play Activates 4/7/2023 9:15am Eastern

This event will provide the activity for people who were pre-purchasers of the Riders of Rohan: Legendary Edition back in the day, and is not intended to imply that this session will be more widely available. This is us making good on that pre-purchase promise, although we understand that there are quite a few people who would love the opportunity to play this content, and if that becomes possible in the future we will let you know.

It would be a really great show of goodwill if this event was opened up to all Treebeard players. The server's population has declined very rapidly over the past year, I would wager there are no more than 5 people actively playing on Treebeard who pre-purchased Rohan at this point.

If making it available for all is not an option, I am sure the players here would appreciate the opportunity to purchase this (I know I would).

    Either way thanks for confirming.

Minor point of order: The horse session play is not and never was pre-purchase bonus. It was for everyone who bought the Riders of Rohan: Legendary Edition, regardless of if it was a pre-purchase or after the official release.

So horse session play wasn't exclusive? And they can, as example, sell it for LP for every player?

Not a pre-purchase exclusive, but I believe it was exclusive to the Legendary Edition of Riders of Rohan, which was never sold for LP.

I am not aware though of any legal reason why they couldn't once more sell the Legendary Edition for cash. Or any of the other Legendary/Heroic/Complete editions. None of them were marketed as time-limited offers as far as I know.
