Poll: pets & emotes on instances

Need Comunity manager assistance to open a Poll where LOTRO players can vote, how they feel about the Pets & Emotes ban on Instances. I think that the right questions (if any, have never being asked to the players about this situation. The players need to be heard about what they feel about this before make a decision so drastic as was done. These are the question that need to be asked :
1) Do you wish to have cosmetic pets dissable on instances?

Yes
No
Only on certain instances
Only certain pets

2) Do you wish to have Emotes dissable on instances?

Yes
No
Only on certain instances
Only certain emotes

3) What Instances you think they should be dissable?

All instances
Instances with limited space
Instances with too much enemies
Only if such instance have mobs similar to the pet or do with induction similar to the emote.
Only when in combat.
Only when more than 1 player is inside the instance

4) What pets you think that should be dissable?

Pets bigger than the playable characters.
Pets that i think that don't match the lore.
All cosmetic pets.

5) What emotes you think that should be dissable?

All emotes
Only forced emotes.
Emotes that i consider "not happy".

6) Did you know that all cosmetic pets & forced emotes can be dissabled client side to reduce graphics load?

Yes
No
I just find out.

7) Do you use the Option panel, UI settings & Advanced Graphics to customize what pets, emotes & other optional graphic intensive details that may induce lag before start a instance?

Yes
No
Sometimes

8) On what situations you choose to not dissable the graphic intensive features?

Never, I like to see LOTRO on all its splendor.
Only when i'm recording or taking screenshots.
Only when they have some indicator needed to identify some mechanics of that specific fight.
When i start feeling ''lag''.

9) What group size of instances you do? (can choose more than 1)

Solo instances.
Small group (duo & 3 Man)
Big group (6-man)
Raids (12 to 24)

10) How often you do instances?

Very casual, maybe once a month if i have time.
Weekly, only when the instance/raid locks wear out.
Daily, i do 1 or more instances per day.

Or better the devs think about all the people that created fun times engaging with pets in instances, doing screenshots or just IDK .... HAVING FUN!

If they just implemented this because the never learning stupid people dont find options to turn cosmetic pets off and so: APPLY THESE OPTION TO INSTANCE FINDER - someday they will see it by accident and hopefully take action so these people stop showing up and crying about a big shrew they saw and scared them more than 100 orcs or a goddamn dragon!
If this really is done because it improves the lag situation like crazy... well i cant imagine this is the case.

I hope that too. If the players that read this forum wish, they can start replying to those questions, even if it is by copy/paste the desired choice, so the devs see that people care. I'm 1 those people that have always agreed with a moderate approach, where players can customize what graphics will show & when on client side, but never agree with a complete elimination, as this was done on the most recent update.

One thing Turbine never did and something SSG should implement is a user experience survey.
SSG is clearly not getting all of the feedback that they are saying that they want.
Bullroarer is for feedback on update changes.... Most of the feedback is ignored.
Plantir is also for feedback on update changes.... Most of the feedback is ignored.
The forums are also for feedback and you guessed it, most of us are ignored.
Sadly, the surveys are also doomed the same fate if SSG decided to start with them.

I wonder if pets add to our lag issues. If it does, then I'll gladly give up the pets in instances. However, maybe allow them in solo instances.

You can create your own poll as the OP of the thread, it's one of the options upon creation. You need to do it when you first create the post, though. If you want this post deleted after you make a new thread, I can.

With the Update to block all on Instances (Festivity Items, Cosmetic Pets and and Emote Items from festival) It was a good decision to block it , because it removes some of the server probs.
Whether option active or not with deactivate Pets etc , it reduces some progresses on the server in instances.

But what i don´t like is to have deactivat skils like still death or ICPS from Burg -

I liked having my cosmetic Pet in instances with me, but if helped with lag to remove then fine with me.

I did not asked to get my thread deleted. That is so not the answer that i expect when i do a very respectful request because something that many players & me are concerned about. That feature to make polls, i don't even understand how is used. I see no tools to create a poll on the thread selection. & if it is like the other polls i saw other players have on their request, it have only 1 question. My request have 10 question, Because things aren't always yes or no, there can be many in betweens & variable circumstances. Anyways, what i meant, is that you should have sent that poll or something similar to us before make that hasty decision. & i think you still can do it. I recall that some years ago, the LOTRO devs routinary mailed us polls like that, so they could know what really we wanted in game with a representative sample of the population. The last poll i received was about a GM ticket service (not going to discuse that poll here) so i know you still have the system.
