Need Comunity manager assistance to open a Poll where LOTRO players can vote, how they feel about the Pets & Emotes ban on Instances. I think that the right questions (if any, have never being asked to the players about this situation. The players need to be heard about what they feel about this before make a decision so drastic as was done. These are the question that need to be asked :
1) Do you wish to have cosmetic pets dissable on instances?
- Yes
- No
- Only on certain instances
- Only certain pets
2) Do you wish to have Emotes dissable on instances?
- Yes
- No
- Only on certain instances
- Only certain emotes
3) What Instances you think they should be dissable?
- All instances
- Instances with limited space
- Instances with too much enemies
- Only if such instance have mobs similar to the pet or do with induction similar to the emote.
- Only when in combat.
- Only when more than 1 player is inside the instance
4) What pets you think that should be dissable?
- Pets bigger than the playable characters.
- Pets that i think that don't match the lore.
- All cosmetic pets.
5) What emotes you think that should be dissable?
- All emotes
- Only forced emotes.
- Emotes that i consider "not happy".
6) Did you know that all cosmetic pets & forced emotes can be dissabled client side to reduce graphics load?
- Yes
- No
- I just find out.
7) Do you use the Option panel, UI settings & Advanced Graphics to customize what pets, emotes & other optional graphic intensive details that may induce lag before start a instance?
- Yes
- No
- Sometimes
8) On what situations you choose to not dissable the graphic intensive features?
- Never, I like to see LOTRO on all its splendor.
- Only when i'm recording or taking screenshots.
- Only when they have some indicator needed to identify some mechanics of that specific fight.
- When i start feeling ''lag''.
9) What group size of instances you do? (can choose more than 1)
- Solo instances.
- Small group (duo & 3 Man)
- Big group (6-man)
- Raids (12 to 24)
10) How often you do instances?
- Very casual, maybe once a month if i have time.
- Weekly, only when the instance/raid locks wear out.
- Daily, i do 1 or more instances per day.
