    1. Will our Rift gear be useful?

    2. Can they be broken down for legendary item runes, or something?

2a. If not, at what point will I likely be replacing my Rift gear?

    3. How long do the new instances take to complete? How many hours, and how long compared to CD?

You're right. It's now shown per minute instead of per second. So 1 ICPR = 60 ICPR, 3 ICPR = 180 ICPR, etc. Same for ICMR.

    1. It will be useful as very high end level 50 gear.

    2. No... you vendor it, like evrything else when you dont need it anymore or save it for cosmetic purposes.

    3. You will be replacing it almost right away depending on what stats you are looking for.

Yes, Morale and Power regen are now given in terms of regen per minute, so +90 ICPR (in moria) = 1.5 ICPR (currently)

No, not what I meant. Creep HP is down from where it is at 50 with maxed traits. It's just up from where it started in very early beta (ie, 2800 for unranked Defiler ).

I didn't play Beta so couldn't be doing anything, really. Just making the assumption based on our current skillset and relative need for Evade/Crit chance.
My Champ's crit % was down about 6% as soon as he transferred, but I didn't notice a significantly lower amount of big numbers floating over my targets.

Even with the chance to Mob AI/HP/Damage, a tank still isn't needed when a competent Champ is present?
No, but that's been the case for a year now.

Wow, this seems to be getting worse, I had TWO people reply to my question before I asked it.
But I think I know why now: I did a couple minor grammar edits; I bet that changes the

    Class Items.... for Minstrels..

-Legendary Class Items are as follows
    --Badges for Captains
    --Buglar's Tools for Burglars
    --Belts for Guardians
    --Bows/Crossbows for Hunters
    --Books for Lore-Masters
    --Instruments for Minstrels
    --Runes for Champions

No, there are no legendary instruments for minstrels. The class item is a song book

At level 50 I can take down a 5700 HP lvl 51 sig without breaking a sweat (though I do usually use a Mischievous Glee and burn a Touch-and-Go just to make sure my morale stays above half). And I -love- my legendary dagger's long-distance riddling ability. Now I have -way- more time to catch and mez some cowardly Dunlending before he can run back to his friends.

Let's assume for the moment that level 50 armour is tiered like this:

T1: crafted (just buy it on the AH)
    T2: Annuminas/Angmar set (fellowship instances)
    T3: Helegrod (raid / marks)
    T4: Rift (hard raid)

What is the new armour tier breakdown at level 60? Where do you get them?

We know there are 8 slots for class traits now. Did the virtue and race slots expand to 8 as well?

Are hunter ports still quickslot icons or have they given us a drop down menu yet?

What ores are used in the T6 crafting/where are they found?

Are hobbits still a tasty yet high calorie snack for wargies?

Ugh... Really? Is this WoW-style normal versus heroic-mode? Will it be required to run hard mode for certain things, such as rare drops, traits, unlocking other instances? If people just want a tougher challenge than this game provides, then why not do the instance with fewer players?

They're like optional objectives during the instance. Like, for instance, defeat a boss in X amount of time. Or defeat a boss without killing any of his adds.

Things like that contribute to a "hard mode". You don't actually go into the instance and select "easy mode / hard mode". It's just you go in and you do it or you don't.

In my opinion, most groups will probably go in and do it regularly and then find out what the "hard mode" is after the locks are up. Heck, some may even accidentally complete a "hard mode" objective.

Those armour values can't be correct unless they changed the armour ratings up as well. That would be some amazing medium armour.

Correct. All armor ratings, etc. are much higher than on live. It's an odd system that will take some getting used to. Having 5k+ armor is much less than live.

For instance, this character sheet screen from yesterday:
    http://i342.photobucket.com/albums/o...hot00019-1.jpg

Basically, the big numbers you see are "points", and I assume X amount of points = 1%. Haven't taken the time to mathematically figure it out;I also assume it scales as you level and as you gain points in something.

They're not logged on your char at all that I know of. You have to figure them out yourself, and the instance I guess has monitors that adjust loot based on how you did the instance.

For everybody who wants to charge straight through into Moria, do give at least a little thought to Eregion. It's got some great scenery, some amazing "book moments," and some excellent storylines that make you feel like you're really helping the Fellowship along. And that they need all the help they can get!

At least do yourself the favor of taking the road up into Caradhras and petting a goat or two on the way!

For everybody who wants to know what the next new Hobby will be...
Hunters especially will need to do some stuff in Eregion if they want that port to Echad Dunann. My advice for everyone is to do Book 1 because there is something that has to be done before you can go into Moria and while you are doing this something you can quest in Eregion for a bit.
