Agreed. Should be awarded to players afterwards if been part of the group that got it. Manually if no other option to do so with hotfix patch.

Have the dead members of Portal or Avorthalier received their original titles at all yet? Several kin members in Fashion Police have had no luck from GMs thus far...this is a disappointing issue.

No GMs said, they are not able to do anything. Therefor we should ask the Support.

Unfortunately it seems like you have to post your tickets very penetrantly, the key on Gwaihir was a GM that posted something in worldchat, so we could contact him directly.
It seems like receiving the title afterwards heavily depends on who is answering your ticket. Good luck!
