After the recent forum spam you stated that staff were unable to login remotely. How can you be working from home?

Forums are not game systems. I think he said that they could not log in their uber dev all powerful wizard characters from anywhere but the office.

I uninstalled the update, restarted, and attempted to log in. This is not the reason the login servers are down.

I get less and less involved in LOTRO with last 2 expansions and now even when I ocationally decide to log in I got an error that the team cannot solve... you know how to keep customers happy.

On a different note: Your Hobbit to Isengard yesterday (I did not watch the feed on this one) I take it you got home no problem prior to the storm getting to your neck of the woods? I remember you saying on a previous run, on a good day it's a 45 minute commute for you.

You fail to understand what I have said. Sapience recently stated that he was only able to login to his forum account from the TB/WB offices, and that he couldn't login from home.

Now he is logging in from home with no issue it seems.

No, that was exactly what you said. Last month when the forums were spammed you claimed that nobody could deal with the spammers because logging in from home was not possible. Somehow you are now logging in from your home.

If you read what he says above, that is NOT what he says.

And the forum is up for anyone with an internet connection. His login and username should work just fine.
