Can anyone tell me what helmet this is please? :-)

Among others, that's the helmet from the level 58 'Noble's' set of crafted heavy armor.

What outfit is this? I would love it for my hobbit hunter too.

That's the Long-sleeved Spring-flinger Hauberk.

Any chance you could identify the parts? Been looking for a good outfit for my own Champ and that one's looking good

Most of that set looks to be from Moria.

- The helm shows up a number of places as random trash-loot and instance treasure... [armour]Head-cage[/armour] for instance.
- The shoulders are generic dwarf shoulders that are available from armor vendors, loot, quest rewards, etc.
- The cloak looks to be the [armour]Singed Cloak[/armour].
- The pants and boots are from the [item]Armour of the Axe-handler[/item] set, from the Moria instances.
- The chest and gloves are from the [item]Blademaster's Armour[/item] set, also from Moria.

I have very recently taken a few minutes to revisit my almost unplayed original characters on alternate servers from my main, and even rolling a couple of crafting support alts to keep them outfitted. In doing this, I've come to really appreciate a couple of the throw-away items you come across very early on, and now many of these alts feature various combinations including the plumed, wide-brimmed hat and tattered robes (accentuated, I think very effectively, with the gloves & boots from the Rise of Isengard pre-order cosmetic set). One such is my Dwarf RK tinker on Arkenstone. Somehow, this just really works for me (except for the fact that it seems most hauberks fit like mini-skirts on Dwarves for some odd reason):

Lachwen Shimmerlight, lookin' flashy!



The whole idea behind this character is she's flashy, colorful, explosive, and loud -- if she had a theme song, it would probably be "Bad Reputation" by Joan Jett -- hence the runekeeper class and the "rainbow in a blue sky"-inspired outfit, with just a hint of Athenian warrior-goddess in the form of a winged circlet.

Body: Tattered Dwarf-Make Short Cloth Robe (Ered Luin quest reward), navy dye
Back: Cloak of the DragonFly (LotRO store), red dye
Hands: Vorth-Mundar (Ered Luin quest reward), purple dye
Satchel: Dragon-Wing Satchel (LotRO store)
Boots: Breelander Leather Boots (LotRO store), purple dye

I think my favorite is my warden. I use the Glorious Galadhrim chest, Moria medium leggings, Westernesse boots and gloves, a singed cloak and a rep helmet from mirkwood, all died rivendell green.




Here's my champ, I just use the isengard red set with the watcher helmet dyed crimson.

Experimenting with the Burglar Ost Dunhoth pieces - gloves and chest - which I want to eventually pair with the lovely leathery minstrel boots. I love the little daggers on the chest and gloves.

Leggings are basic crafted, boots are basic store.
