I was in beta and played for a while after launch but drifted away for RL issues. I have been back a few times over the years and have had fun, but not finding a place to call home I drifted away again. I'm back and want to give it a good go this time around. I have toons on riddermark but am more then willing to start on a new server(us-server). I tend to be a solo type player but like to get together with people to run the instances that are on level. I would like to learn/relearn the lv 20-60 instances and group quests. I tend to complete one area before I move on, so I do not level to fast. I like the tank/ melee roles but am willing to fill any role that is needed. I'm older in years so do not want to deal with drama and issues (I have kids and a wife that fill that role nicely). Over the years and games that I have played I tend to like the low to mid populated Kins. - I hit 85 in less than a month, primarily in Skirmishes because I found it to be the best way to learn my class, I'm looking for a kinship that does PvMP runs, Instances, and raids. I play 4+ hours daily (no, not an elitist, I help casuals the best I can) and will download any VOIP the kinship uses. I'm currently making up my virtues I bypassed by skirmishing but am almost done and at a loss to get the good gear with the instance finder never queing and the only kins that run things not recruiting. I will transfer servers if needed.. I really like this game but I find myself at a stopping point being unable to get the marks or groups to continue.

So PLEASE if you have a kin that does run these different aspects of the game, I'd like to join. I don't complain if I'm not in the starting line-up, I just want to be able to be with a group of people to ahve fun with and progress.

What I mean is I would like to XP disable at 50 and do Rift to get loot, do the same at 65 and 75 and eventually 85. Not looking to rush content, want to experience older content as if it was the newest stuff. The reason I got into this game was watching a youtube of Rift and ToO and thinking wow thats so cool. But so far in my 2 years I've yet to see a Rift and rarely a ToO nowadays, much less people doing those at level and not just rolling it with 85's. Hoping a tortoise kin is out there.

Hello everybody, as you can obviously tell, i'm looking for a kinship to join. I am currently a level 33 elf hunter with an in-game name of Caelonna. I am currently playing on the Elendilmir server. I am 23 years of age and usually play between 2 and 4 hours a day during the week somewhere between 5 and 11pm central standard time. My play style varies; I play solo, group, raid, pve, and crafter mainly. I don't really get into pvp, but i'm always a casual gamer. I figure I play a game to have fun, not get all revved up over it. Got enough things to get upset about in real life, so no sense in getting that way in a fun gaming environment. I've played many mmo's over the years varying from text-based to turn based, to real time strategy. Some of the games I've played include the following, outwar, crowns of power, atlantica online, wizard101, eternal duel, along with many others. I've fulfilled many roles from straight member, raid manager, guild leader, forums manager, member control, along with a few others, so I perform quite well in all capacities as required of me. I'm looking for a kinship that is active, which to me means that there are almost always members on, members frequently join together to play together, and the kinship raids when possible. So for all you kinship higher-ups reading this, I can bring a lot to the table no matter where I stand in the guild.

The MMO games I have played in the past are GW2, WoW, SWTOR, EVE online. Where wow have been the longest (about 6-7 years)
What I look for in a kin is a mature casual social kin where people can do what they want and not forced into anything. Where having fun is the main part. What I like is grouping up with people around the same level and do dungeons (instances) or other group quest but also just solo and do my own thing. Where people can talk about anything in kinchat. Where there are group activities on all levels.
What I like is to achieve things in the game by playing it and not to buy my things in store.
I think there is a difference between helping out someone and boosting. I feel you don't learn to play your class if you get boosted all the way and when endgame hits you go like... ehm.... what does this button do?
In wow I did raids with a awesome guild! Where the moto was: We wipe in style. This does not mean you didn't need to learn how it all worked but we where not hardcore either. We where having fun on ventrilo while doing the raid. Basicly a laid back guild that I loved! And often we where on ventrilo just to chat wit each-other while playing the game and doing our own stuff.
So ehm... yeah I think that is about it. So a mature, casual, social, laid back kin would be the key words I think.

I want the kin to have trips to the Ettenmoors once a week, but also raid consistently as well as have people on who want to run instances for deeds and gear.
