I have checked this in the Introduction instances. I did not notice any trouble with the ./say text and voice-overs in general. I did note an issue within the final instances that you do to complete the Introduction. In the Elf version, when you do the instance set in Skorgrim's Tomb, Dwalin has some drama text after you defeat Gormr Doursmith. There is supposed to be a line in it when he says that we have to get out of here, the final portion has said, paraphrased: 'before this becomes <player name>'s tomb'; but this is clipped and does not show in ./say nor as a chat bubble nor does the voice-over play. Likewise, in the Hobbit/Man version where Archet is attacked and burned, Jon Brackenbrook has a line that begins with 'You fight well, <player name>, but we must prepare for the worst'; and only the last part of that shows in ./say text, or the chat bubble. The Archet issue has happened on both Men and Hobbits.
I will report this the next time I encounter it.

On planet Earth, there is a try.
