lol, I am still looking. Started out on a level 20 character expecting it to be easy. Switched to a level 100 to explore deeper and still nothing. I am not giving up though.![]()
“I come and go like a comet; we are wanderers, are you anymore"
So you would rather have another generic "go kill 10 X, talk to Y" quest. Yay.
Also, c'mon, getting across that log wasn't that hard. It didn't even require jumping.
I really liked the way this week's quest was set up and I hope there will be more like it - quests that encourage players to think and explore instead of blindly following the quest guide arrows.

For once I very much approve of the bingo quest this week. I'm going with.... best one yet... but I've been pretty down on them ever since I had to pick between 2 titles.

Maybe I'm just stoopid when it comes to these things, but I have to say that I didn't enjoy today's Bingo's quest at all. I wandered everywhere I could think of for an hour with no luck, before calling out in /regional and /world chat for help or a hint, and then I was just mostly trolled in return. I honestly didn't know that there was even water in that place -- I was over by the real river. So yea, I'm glad other people enjoyed it, but it just made me feel dumb.
EDIT: also, isn't Bert Bartelby supposed to be at the Forsaken Inn now? I can't find him anywhere there.

On planet Earth, there is a try.

Fun episode MoL, and the new lines for the waitress have been a nice touch!![]()
Permanently retired. Was Kibilturg, Guardian of Imladris (then Landroval & Crickhollow) and ~40 alts.
There are separate tabs that can be made for describing your action like an author in fellowship chat. Not everyone RPs the same way. Some prefer using quick emotes instead of spamming up chat by novel-size personal details of every little thing their character is going through. If other players' RP style is bothersome for some reason, there are many private locations such as homesteads to really filter out the unwanted crowd.

I like the idea of the riddle, but I thought the riddle itself was lacking. The hallmark of a good riddle -- and there are so, so few of these -- is that once you know the answer it seems inevitable how the answer is the only possible answer, how nothing else fits at all; and each part of the path there should be something you knew before you started. I just don't see that in this riddle; each part could refer to a bunch of other things precisely as well as they do the correct answer, and some refer to parts you wouldn't know about until you were already there. But I'm still glad it was something new and cerebral, and hope that we see more like this, just maybe with a riddle with more of that inevitability. (And no platform jumping. I was so glad to see we didn't have to do that. I would have just given up in Bingo right there.)
Huh?? But why would he be in Ost Guruth -- Bingo hasn't even been there yet? My character, who is closely following Bingo's journey (Currently doing Forsaken Inn/Weathertop/Naerost quests) hasn't been there yet. How would I know (in-game or out-of-game) to go ahead to Ost Guruth, in order to come back to Bingo?

Yeah I enjoyed the riddle quest. I jumped from the top to the other statue; in front of Echad Sul
Please make the decoration rewards at least "Bound to Account" (if not unbound completely). Honestly, it is very annoying to remember the owner of each deco.
Also, I agree with Silmelin, please make the Dulcimer Musical Cracker and Flute Musical Cracker available again.
Please ignore my ridiculous running animation.
I loved this week's episode and am stoked that it's apparently not the last riddle waiting for us!
Although I too spent a long, looong time riding around the Weather Mountains until I had a literal facepalm moment and remembered the other waterfall in the Lonelands. And the until then vague hints in the riddle suddenly fell into place like puzzle pieces and gave an exact description of where to look. Although I still managed to pick the most roundabout way up the the hiding place.![]()
