I'd go for a circlet, too. Circlet of the seven Stars (Annuminas light set) should be a good match, but the moria light set cirlet, that has ben mentioned before, is good too. The elven circlet is golen, but to delicate for a hunter's outfit.

RK rift set circlet has the same model like human circlet, but coppery instead of golden and the gem can be dyed. Wouln't fit the outfit, because of the copper. Nightwatchers circlet (Dol Amroth LM set - dyeable version of the turquois summer circlet) wouldn't fit because of the silvery part.

A headband could be an alternative, but the Beorning headband is too rough for this outfit. lvl 80 crafted light helmet is a clothheadband, maybe it would fit. https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite...mpaign_Circlet
Here is a picture of it, dyed purple. In forestgreen it should fit your hunter's outfit, I think.

Talking about circlets; Ecthel, one of the Dol Amroth class armor vendors, has one - the Circlet of the Archivist - which copies a design from Moria (Reclaimed Circlet of the Diplomat). This piece is different in so far, as it doesn't have a gem inside, but a metal pattern, and it is the circlet itself, that can be dyed.

The picture is a bit small, but it might give an idea how this one looks.

Boots: Potent Dextrous Boots of Prowess (loot from scaled instances but can´t recall which one)

Sorry for not replying sooner. I read it one day as I was either on my way out, or possibly when watching from sofa nd Pc hooked up to TV and about to fall asleep. If I want to reply then I have to get up and go to the keyboard. Then it simply slipped my mind with new threads and posts to reply to. My bad.

The one I like the best of those is definetly this one.

However, I still think You should go with the grey for the shoulders, cloak and hood etc, as You did with Your orignal outfit. I think that simply matches best in my opinion.

There is nothing wrong with the original chest You used either. Maybe it still is the best option after all. Not sure.

Rememeber that there is no right or wrong in taste, so You go with what You like the best of course.

If You have other ideas please keep them coming, as I really enjoy watching these things. Especially if they are based on more earthy, brown, grey, black etc colours rather than bright pink and purple stuff.

A fun fact is that purple was very uncommon througout real history as it was so expensive to make due to being hard to produce in any quantities, all the way up until the 1800's. It's why often rich people used it as a sign of status and power. It's also why so few flags use purple. It was never a commonly used dye in our history.

Link: HISTORY STORIES Why is purple considered the color of royalty?

The color purple’s ties to kings and queens date back to ancient world, where it was prized for its bold hues and often reserved for the upper crust. The Persian king Cyrus adopted a purple tunic as his royal uniform, and some Roman emperors forbid their citizens from wearing purple clothing under penalty of death.
The Phoenicians' “Tyrian purple” came from a species of sea snail now known as Bolinus brandaris, and it was so exceedingly rare that it became worth its weight in gold...
...It took as many as 250,000 mollusks to yield just one ounce of usable dye, but the result was a vibrant and long-lasting shade of purple.

Going with the Lorien theme, check the Moria Light Armour vendor (or the Cosmetics vendor in skirm camp, under Moria Cosmetic Clothing -Light) for a Balladeer's Hat or Ceremonial Hat of the Written Word - same item known under several names, a circlet with golden single leaf rising in the front.
If you have access to a Beorning, the beorning circlet from intro-quest armor might look nice dyed green with your current set too.

If you're looking specifically for a headpiece offering protection/discretion in combat situations - i.e., for function and not just for ornamental looks, there are some Medium armour helmets that come with hoods/mask and may look like something a Lorien archer might wear.
Try Helm of the Lady's Secrecy dyed in corresponding green shade. (A cosmetic version of the same is available either via Lalia's Market or via monthly Mannequin rotation).
Or you could simply try a cosmetic hood by itself - either Traveler's Hood from Lotro Store, or Hood of Night from skirmish camp classic vendor.
I know I said helmet but I meant any headpiece I tried the ceremonial hat of the written word and it looks great.

After a bit of a hiatus I finally decided to take some screenies of my current champ outfit and get back on the cosmetic bandwagon It's a bit ironic though that it's purple, given that a recent poster spoke of the rarity of purple and also some of the streaming community has been wearing purple in support of one of their own (so I gathered from today's watching of Cord of the Rings). As always, check out the blog post in the signature for more screenies and details of the outfit. I've also expanded my social media reach to Facebook and Twitter, so if you prefer those for updates you are welcome to follow me there!

Don’t worry about it - thanks for replying again. I’m still using the original anyway; like you say it is probably still the best outfit.

I am always tinkering with the outfits; I have to admit I have bought extra wardrobe space and extra outfit slots as it is one of my favourite parts of the game. I will keep tinkering and let you know. I can’t post pictures easily from my phone, but I will post some more soon.

You never posted the dwarf, by the way...

The exact ones I use are called Defender of Gwingris, and from a quest in Eregion. Remember, all items I use are noted in my blog in my signature

I highly recommend this blog to check for similar skins/names - Nathrien has done an awesome job showcasing so many of these skins!

Could anyone point me toward pieces similar to those in this outfit, but easier to obtain (like from skirmish camps)? I love this outfit and I want to create a similar one in light blue for my LM. The pieces don't have to have the exact same appearance, just similar

Update: I just found out that the armor of the Lady's Discernment looks the same as the armor of the Swift Arrow, so I'll be using the boots and shoulders from that set. I still need chest and leg pieces, and gloves.

I'm so disappointed that there's no cosmetic version of the Songmaster's shoulders. It's one of the most beautiful shoulder pieces in the game and you can't obtain it without having a lvl 60+ mini the selection of skirmish cosmetics should really be updated to include the songmaster's set (and many more).

for the chestpiece and legs, you can try with the Ceremonial Jacket of the Shield Wall and the Ceremonial Leggings of the Quiet Step (cosmetic barterer at the skirm camp, under Moria Cosmetic Clothing - Medium) or with the Jacket of the Winding Road and Leggings of the Ent Friend, both are quest rewards from Great River. Also skirm camp the Classic barterer has a pair of LM leggings under Barad Guldur lvl 65 Light that are good too, Lore Keeper's Trousers, and for shoulders, the Lady's Power ones are in Lalia's market

It's been some time since I've posted here. Lots of amazing outfits these past two months! Glad to see that the creativity of the players hasn't diminished

Some of you may know I've been on a break from LOTRO and my blog has been auto-posting my outfits for me. Here are the three that have posted since July. Two of them are from my Thrang-themed sets.

I play at 1080p and the software I use is FRAPS, which allows me to take rapid screenshots in .bmp format for high detail and image clarity.

Ready for the battle of Pelennor. I like to think that Eranodore was given Gondorian garb upon arriving in Minas Tirith, like when Legolas was given Rohirric garb before the battle of Helm's Deep
