I dont understand why freeps are fighting on map in spots anyway. Why punish creeps?

You don't have to be fighting on a mapin spot for creeps to respond to callouts and zerg. Maybe you havent noticed that there are mapin spots all over the map and creeps can be there in seconds. This isn't punishing creeps. 10 min cd is actually a buff to many of the more useful maps and will probably making zerging easier. Be thankful and stop complaining.
