Limited availability pets - What about completionists?

In general we too don't want "limited availability" items to never be able to come back in the future, as we have well learned we have players joining all the time who miss items from years ago, for example. So, I'd expect these items to return in the future, but don't bank on it being any time soon, so if you are a completionist type, consider getting it when you can rather than hope for the future. BUT, I'd expect it to come back again someday in a Reward Track or similar rotation.
